Steps:
- Melt butter or margarine in a shallow baking pan; stir in remaining ingredients. Roll chicken in butter mixture to coat both sides, then arrange, meaty side up in a single layer in the same pan. Bake at 375 for 1 hour, or until chicken is tender and richly glazed. Check the last 10 minutes or so to make sure chicken doesn't burn. Cover if it gets too dark.
