CHICKEN CURRY DIP- JUDY image

8 oz cream cheese
1 C cottage cheese
1/4 C sour cream
2 t curry powder
1/2 C chutney
1/3 C chopped green onions
1/3 C raisins
1/3 C coconut
1 C cooked chicken, chopped
1/2 C peanuts, crushed

Steps:

  • 1. Combine in cuisinart- cream cheese, cottage cheese, curry powder, and sour cream. Process until smooth. 2. Spread on a plate. 3. Top with chutney, green onions, raisins, coconut, chicken, and peanuts in that order.
