Chicken Cordon Bleu Pizza image

This was a good and simple recipe from BettyCrocker.com using refrigerated pizza crust. When I make this, I just empty out leftovers in the refer, so it comes out a little different each time.

1 10-oz can(s) refrigerated pizza crust (pillsbury)
1/3 c garlic ranch salad dressing (purchased)
4 oz smoked provolone, shredded (1 cup)
4 oz refrigerated roasted chicken breast strips
2 oz canadian bacon, sliced and halved
2 Tbsp bacon, cooked and crumbled
4 green onions, chopped
1/4 c tomato, chopped
4 oz mozzarella cheese, shredded (1 cup)

Steps:

  • 1. Heat oven to 425F.
  • 2. Grease 12-inch pizza pan.
  • 3. Unroll dough; place in greased pan.
  • 4. Starting at center, press out dough to edge of pan.
  • 5. Spread salad dressing over crust.
  • 6. Sprinkle with provolone cheese.
  • 7. Top with chicken, Canadian bacon, bacon, onions, tomato and mozzarella cheese.
  • 8. Bake at 425F. for 18 to 22 minutes or until crust is deep golden brown.
  • 9. Cut into wedges to serve.
