Yummy casserole , and so easy to make! I like to serve it with extra chow mein noodles for a great crunch.

Steps:
- 1. In large skillet, saute garlic ,mushrooms and red pepper in 1-2 tablespoons butter until soft.
- 2. Add remaining ingredients except chow mein noodles.
- 3. Heat through.
- 4. Put in 11x7 or 9x13 pan.
- 5. Top with chow mein noodles.
- 6. Bake at 350° for about 30 minutes or until bubbly.
