CHICKEN BREAST IN SOUR CREAM SAUCE image

Number Of Ingredients 7

4 boneless chicken breast
1 can mushrooms/sliced and drained
1 can cream of mushroom soup or chicken soup (I use mushroom)
dash paprika
1 cup sour cream
1/2 soup can marsala or sherry wine (I use marsala)
*This dish is just as good with low fat ingredients.

Steps:

  • Preheat oven at 350. Arrange chicken in shallow baking dish. Cover with mushrooms. Combine soup, wine and sour cream in a seperate bowl, stirring until well blended. Pour over chicken until completely covered. Dust with paprika.
