Steps:
- prepare pizza crust for pan or pizza stone. Sprinkle generously with olive oil and add the dried basil, some of the garlic and spread over the crust. In a frying pan put some oil and let heat up. Sprinkle the cut up chicken with the cajun seasoning and place in hot pan and cook till no longer pink. While cooking add the mushrooms and onions and cook till chicken is done. Place the chicken, olives, tomatoes and cooked vegetables on the pizza crust and spread around. Sprinkle the chopped fresh basil all over the pizza. Add the cheeses and bake at 425 degree hot oven for 20 minutes or until the crust is browned on the bottom. Enjoy
