CHICKEN AND RAISIN SALAD image

Number Of Ingredients 9

one chicken breast, grilled and cut into strips
1/2 cup golden raisins
1/2 and orange peeled and separated into segments and diced
2 cups fresh greens
1/4 cup toasted soy nuts
1/2 a granny smith apple, cored and diced
raspberry vinegarette:
1 cup raspberry jam
1 cup white vinegar

Steps:

  • raspberry vinegarette: instructions: combine ingredients in a sauce pan and warm the raspberry jam. add in white vinegar while stirring until well mixed- pour into glass jar and store in refridegerator untill ready to use. for salad- combine ingredients in large bowl, mix, add salad dressing and serve!
