Chicken and Broccoli Couscous With Salsa image

Couscous is one of the staple foods of the Maghreb (western North Africa). I am always experimenting & combining it with different flavors. I watched a friend whip this up for our lunch one day & it became my new favorite.

This dish was a waste of time and money. The chicken was tough, the broccoli was mushy, and the salsa was watery.

The chicken was a bit dry and the broccoli was overcooked. The salsa didn't add much flavor.

This dish was a bit bland for my taste. I would have liked it more if it had more spices.
