I found this somewhere online but don't remember where. It was so amazingly good I wanted to share this with you. I am not a huge fan of Sauerkraut but hubby is, so I made this for him. He made such a big deal out of how good it was I had to try some......OMG! THIS WAS SO GOOD! Well worth trying. The sauerkraut and cranberries...

Steps:
- 1. Spread sauerkraut in 9x12 pan. Spread cranberry sauce over sauerkraut. Place chicken breasts, halved, on top of cranberry sauce.
- 2. In bowl stir stuffing, hot water and butter. Spread mixture evenly over chicken.
- 3. Bake 400 degrees 50 minutes. Serves 4-6.
