Chicken a la Armando image

This is another wonderful recipe that I have been using for many years and I can't remember where I got it from. I love making it for company and it is also so easy to make during the week for a quick dinner.

Number Of Ingredients 9

1 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves per person, boil til done and cubed (we did 6 breasts)
1 bag of frozen leaf spinach
half of a small mozzarella - shredded
1 jar(s) alfredo sauce
1 can(s) cream of celery soup
1/4 can(s) of milk, if needed to be smooth
1 clove garlic, diced
onion salt and pepper to taste
sliced red pepper for garnish on top (opt)

Steps:

  • 1. Mix ingredients except chicken and peppers in baking dish. Stir in chicken. Top with red peppers or parsley flakes and bake, covered, at 350 for about 1/2 hour or til bubbly
