This recipe is one I created, substituting chicken for beef and omitting the frying, when our son grew fond of a fast-food restaurant's "junior burritos." They've been a big hit with our whole family ever since! -Nancy Coates, Oro Valley, Arizona

I followed the recipe exactly, but my chickaritos were dry and overcooked. I'm not sure what went wrong.

These chickaritos were a bit bland for my taste. I think I'll add some extra spices next time.

These chickaritos were easy to make and turned out great! I used a rotisserie chicken to save time and they were still delicious. I'll definitely be making them again.

I was a little hesitant to try these chickaritos because I'm not a huge fan of cilantro, but I'm so glad I did! The cilantro flavor was subtle and really complemented the other ingredients. These are definitely going into my regular rotation.
