I'm not a fan of celery salt. I left it out of the recipe and the hot dogs were still delicious.

I'm not a fan of dill pickles, so I used sweet pickles instead. They were great!

I found that grilling the hot dogs gave them a better flavor than boiling them.

Warning: this recipe is not for the faint of heart! The sport peppers are quite spicy.

I tried using a yellow mustard instead of neon green relish, and I just didn't care for it as much. Stick with the neon green relish, it's what makes these hot dogs so delicious.

I love that this recipe includes instructions for making the neon relish at home. It really takes the hot dogs to the next level, highly recommended.
