Steps:
- 1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Place pie crust on baking sheet and cover edges loosely with strips of aluminum foil. You can skip this step and just keep an eye on the pie- if it starts to get too brown cover pie loosely with sheet of foil.
- 2. Mix all of the ingredients and pour into pie shell. Bake at 325 for 50-55 minutes, or until set.
