Cherry Fruit Fluff image

This is a family favorite that makes an appearance at every holiday dinner. Cook time is the chill time.

Number Of Ingredients 6

1 can(s) bing cherries (14 oz.), drain, save juice (not pie filling)
1 can(s) pineapple chunks (13 oz.), drain, save juice
6 oz cream cheese
6 oz miniature marshmallows
1 pt fresh whipped cream or dream whip, or cool whip
chopped pecans (optional)

Steps:

  • 1. Mix cream cheese with 1/4 cup cherry juice and 2 tablespoons pineapple juice.
  • 2. Beat until curdled.
  • 3. Add cherries, pineapple and marshmallows. Add pecans if desired.
  • 4. Fold in whipped cream.
  • 5. Let stand in refrigerator overnight.
