I'm not a big fan of cherries, but I thought I'd give these enchiladas a try. I'm glad I did! The cherry-chipotle sauce was delicious and the enchiladas were very flavorful. I'll definitely be making these again.

These enchiladas were okay. The cherry-chipotle sauce was interesting, but I didn't love it. The enchiladas themselves were a bit dry. I wouldn't make them again.

The cherry-chipotle sauce was a bit too spicy for me, but the enchiladas themselves were very good. I would make them again, but I would use a milder sauce.

I wasn't sure how the cherry-chipotle sauce would turn out, but it was AMAZING! It had just the right amount of heat and sweetness. The enchiladas themselves were also very good. The chicken was tender and juicy, and the cheese was melted and gooey.
