CHERRY DELIGHT CHEESECAKE
Years ago my Mother purchased a cookbook called A Woman's Paradise of Recipes. It is a compilation of recipes from the kitchens of the Associated Women For Pepperdine College and it was published in 1962. Number Of Ingredients 9
Steps:
- 1. Mix first 3 ingredients together and press in a 9 inch pie plate.
- 2. Bake for 10 minutes at 350 degrees. Cool on wire rack.
- 3. Blend together powdered sugar, cream cheese and vanilla. Spread on cooled crust.
- 4. Sprinkle chopped Walnuts over Cream Cheese mixture.
- 5. Spread the Whipped Topping over the Chopped Walnuts saving enough to decorate edges and center.
- 6. Spread the Cherry Filling over the Whipped Topping.
- 7. Decorate edges with remaining Whipped Topping with a dollop in center if so desired. Sprinkle dollop with chopped Walnuts.
- 8. Cut and enjoy!
