- Preheat oven to 350° and line a sheet pan with parchment paper., In a large pot, add in the cherry cola, ketchup, hoisin sauce, tomato paste, spicy chocolate cinnamon sugar, garlic powder, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Whisk all ingredients and set pot aside. , In a large bowl, add ground chuck, egg, bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper. Form mixture into golf ball-size meatballs. Add meatballs to sheet pan and bake for 20 minutes or until cooked through., Place pot with sauce ingredients on stove, add meatballs to sauce and cook on medium heat for 10 minutes, occasionally spooning sauce over meatballs.
