The name says it all "Cherry Coconut" They are very different and also have pecans in them. My daughter found the recipe and we made them for our Christmas plates. Give it a try for something different. They were a hit !

Steps:
- 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cream butter flavored crisco, sugar, salt, almond extract, lemon peel and egg thoroughly in large bowl at medium speed. Combine flour, baking power and baking soda, add to creamed mixture. Blend well. Stir in coconut, pecans and cherries by hand.
- 2. Form into 1" balls. Place on un-greased baking sheet. Bake for 11-12 min. Let cool on baking sheet.
