- 1. IN A LARGE BOWL MIX GRAHAM CRACKER CRUMBS, SUGAR, AND MELTD BUTTER THEN PRESS INTO BOTTOM OF SPRINGFORM PAN N BAKE AT 325 FOR 10 MINUTES. REMOVE FROM OVEN N INCREASE TO 450.
- 2. COMBINE SOFTENED CREAM CHEESE, SOUR CREAM, SUGAR, N FLOUR MIXING AT MEDIUM SPEED UNTIL WELL BLENDED. ADD EGGS, ONE AT A TIME, MIXING WELL AFTER EACH ADDITION. BLEND IN MILK N VANILLA.
- 3. POUR MIXTURE OVER CRUST... NOW HERE IS THE IMPORTANT PART...TAP PAN ON COUNTER A FEW TIMES TO RELEASE AIR BUBBLES (I DROP PAN 2 INCHES UP FROM COUNTER - THIS HELPS PREVENT CRACKING)BAKE AT 450 FOR 10 MIN. REDUCE TEMP TO 250 BAKE FOR 25-30 MIN.
- 4. TURN OFF OVEN N LET CHEESECAKE SIT IN THERE FOR 5 MORE MINUTES THEN REMOVE FROM OVEN CAKE SHOULD STILL GIGGLE SLIGHTLY IN MIDDLE. BRING TO ROOM TEMP B4 REFRIGERATOR N CHILL FOR A FEW HOURS TO OVERNIGHT. TOP WITH CHERRIES. (I PUT CAN IN FRIDGE SO CHERRIES ARE COLD) ENJOY!
