Yield served 4 for dinner, over rice, 12 for appetizer

Number Of Ingredients 5

2 lbs. chicken breast, cut into large cubes.
16 oz. jar of marischino cherries with juice.
16 oz. bottle of teriyaki sauce.
4 Tbls soy sauce.
2 16 oz. cans of pinapple chunks packed in juice.

Steps:

  • Marninate the chicken in the teriyaki sauce, soy sauce, pinapple and cherry juice for at least an hour. On wooden skewers soaked to prevent burning, thread the chicken, pineapple and cherries alternately ending with a cherry at the end. Grill each side 5-7 minutes until chicken cooked throughout
