1 (35 ounce) can whole tomatoes, drained and chopped
1/2 cup Ritz cracker (about 15 crackers)
1/2 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1 tablespoon butter, melted
1 large egg, well beaten
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon paprika

Steps:

  • Stir together all ingredients. Spoon mixture into a lightly greased 8" square baking dish.
  • Bake at 325 degrees for 30 minutes or until golden.
