Cheesy Potatoes O'Brien Casserole image

Cheesy potato deliciousness! Great side dish with baked ham. Can be made with leftover ham pieces as well for a "scalloped potatoes" type casserole. Buttermilk can be substituted by using 1 c sour cream and about 1/2 c milk to thin it out to a pourable consistency.

I'm a vegetarian, so I used vegetable broth instead of chicken broth. It was still very flavorful.
