1 package (3.5 oz) sliced pepperoni
2 medium roma (plum) tomatoes, thinly sliced
1 cup shredded pizza cheese blend (4 oz)
3 tablespoons butter or margarine
1 can (8 oz) pizza sauce, warmed

These quesadilla bites are okay, but I've had better. The flavor is a bit bland and the texture is a bit too chewy.

I'm not sure what I did wrong, but my quesadilla bites didn't turn out very well. They were too greasy and the cheese didn't melt properly.
