CHEESY MASHED POTATO CASSEROLE
This is a recipe I found that was good & wanted to share it.

Steps:
- 1. Preheat oven 350° prepare mashed potatoes to directions. Add sour cream, chives, parsley, pepper to the mashed potatoes. Place potatoes into a casserole dish. Top with cheese & sprinkle French's onion rings around the edges of the casserole. bake about 20 min or until cheese melts
