I'm a big fan of hominy, so I was excited to try this recipe. Unfortunately, I was disappointed. The casserole was bland and mushy. I think it needed more seasoning and a different cheese. I would not recommend this recipe.

This casserole was a disaster! The hominy was mushy and the cheese was rubbery. The olives were also very overpowering. I would not recommend this recipe to anyone.

The hominy casserole was good, but not great. The flavors were a bit muted and the casserole was a bit dry. I think it needed more liquid, maybe some milk or cream. I would also recommend using a stronger cheese, like a sharp cheddar or Gruyère.
