CHEESY BAKED TORTELLINI image

4 cups marinara sauce
2/3 cup mascarpone cheese
1/3 cup chopped fresh parsley
4 tsp chopped fresh thyme
2 pounds tortellini
4 oz thinly sliced mozzarella
1/2 cup parmesan cheese

Steps:

  • -Preheat oven to 350 degrees. -Lightly oil lasagna pan. -Whisk sauce, mascarpone, parsley, and thyme in a large bowl to blend. -Cook tortellini in a large pot, according to package directions. Drain. Combine tortellini and sauce. Pour into prepared lasagna pan. -Top with mozzarella and parmesan cheese. Cover and bake until the sauce bubbles and the cheeses melt on top, about 40 minutes.
