I make these for Superbowl parties..they are always a main attraction...nothing hard about making them either...just buy a rotisserie chicken, fries, cheese, and you have a wonderful treat that will be sure to please.. Try them you'll love...

Steps:
- 1. Heat oven to 450 degree F. Line 15x10x1-inch pan with foil. Bake cottage fries as directed on bag. About 20 minutes. Note: I made these without lining with foil..I just sprayed the pan with cooking spray..they turned out fine..
- 2. Meanwhile, in small bowl, mix chicken, mayonnaise, garlic powder and chili powder.
- 3. Sprinkle 1 cup of the cheese evenly over the hot fries.
- 4. Spoon chicken mixture evenly over cheese. Sprinkle with remaining cheese and the bacon.
- 5. Bake 3 to 5 minutes longer or until cheese is melted. Sprinkle on the scallions, serve with sour cream or your favorite dipping sauce. These are so flavorful, and quite satisfying...serving a lot of people? Double the recipe. I used a whole bag of the fries, and doubled the rest of the recipe..
