Cheesecake Squares (Crustless) image

I like the fact that these do not have a crust. They are very rich and so you should cut them into very small squares.

I'm not a big fan of cheesecake, but I thought this recipe was pretty good. The crustless design made it feel light and airy, and the flavor was nice and tangy.

This cheesecake was a disaster. The filling was too runny and the crust was soggy. I had to throw it away.

This cheesecake was a bit too dense for my taste. I think I would have preferred it with a crust. The flavor was good, but I thought it needed a little something extra.
