CHEESEBURGER CUPS image

Yield 8 Cups

Number Of Ingredients 7

1 lbs. ground beef
1 tube refrigerated buttermilk biscuits (makes 8)
½ cup ketchup
1 tbsp. prepared mustard
1 ½ tsp. Worcestshire Sauce
2 tbsp. brown sugar
½ cup Velveeta cheese, cubed

Steps:

  • 1. Press each biscuit into the bottom and up the sides of a greased muffin pan. 2. In a large skillet, brown ground beef until no longer pink. Drain. 3. Add ketchup, mustard, Worcestshire sauce and brown sugar. Stir until mixed. 4. Spoon beef mixture into muffin cups and top with a cube of Velveeta. Bake at 400 for 14 - 16 minutes, or until biscuits are browned.
