Cheese-Topped Meat Loaves image

This is one of my favorite entrees for two. I found this tender meat loaf recipe in a supermarket's cookbook almost 20 years ago and have enjoyed it ever since. Sometimes I substitute ground turkey or chicken for the ground beef or make extra loaves to freeze for later meals. -Lois Kinneberg, Phoenix, Arizona

Just made this and it is DELICIOUS! Super simple recipe that even I (a novice cook) can follow easily. I think next time I will add some diced onions to the meat mixture. Thanks for sharing!

This meatloaf is super easy and tastes like comfort food at its best! I love how juicy it stays. I've tried wrapping it in foil and cooking it directly in the pan. I prefer cooking it uncovered, in the pan. It gets a really nice crust. :)
