Great brunch recipe. This came from my grandmother's neighbor. I was skeptical (i think the cottage cheese freaked me out), but sold once I made it for a crowd and it dissapeared!

- 2. Beat together the eggs, milk, salt and sugar.
- 3. Add in the cheese and melted butter.
- 4. Whisk in the flour and baking powder,
- 5. Pour into a 13 x 9 inch baking dish and bake for 40 minutes.
