4 cups potatoes, cubed,cooked
8 ounces yogurt, plain
1 cup cottage cheese
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/4 teaspoon dill weed
1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded

Steps:

  • Combine all ingredients except Cheddar cheese; spoon into a 9 inch baking pan.
  • Top with cheddar cheese.
  • Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes.
