I'm not a huge fan of garlic, so I used less than the recipe called for. It was still plenty flavorful.

I baked the bread at a slightly lower temperature for a longer period of time, which resulted in a crispy crust and a soft, chewy interior.

This recipe is a great way to use up leftover bread. I used a loaf of French bread that was a few days old, and it turned out great.

I used a sourdough baguette for this recipe and it was fantastic! The sour flavor of the bread paired perfectly with the cheese and garlic.
