Cheese and Fruit Course (For Red Wine) image

Not really a "recipe," but my platter combo for accompanying dry red wines. The sharp cheeses pair well with reds as do the fruits.

This dish was a disappointment. The cheese was dry and the fruit was tasteless.

The cheese and fruit were fresh and delicious, but the dressing was a bit bland.

This dish is a bit too sweet for my taste. I would recommend using less sugar in the dressing.

I'm not a fan of blue cheese, but I really enjoyed this dish. The sweetness of the fruit balanced out the sharpness of the cheese.
