1 cup half-and-half
1 cup monterey jack cheese
8 ounces cream cheese
4 ounces green chili peppers
1 onion, chopped
1 jalapeno pepper, chopped
1 (10 ounce) package frozen spinach, defrosted, drained, squeezed of excess liquid

Steps:

  • Mix all ingredients. Cook at 400 degrees F for 1/2 hour in serving dish.
  • Serve with tortillas.
