This souffle was a disaster! It didn't rise properly and the cheese was rubbery. I followed the recipe exactly, so I'm not sure what went wrong.

I'm not a huge fan of cheese, but I thought this souffle was pretty good. The bread was nice and fluffy, and the cheese was melted and gooey. I would definitely make it again, but maybe with a different type of cheese.

This souffle was a bit more challenging to make than I expected, but it was worth it. The end result was a delicious and impressive dish. I would recommend it to anyone who loves cheese and is up for a challenge.
