Cheddar Bean Burritos image

My family goes meatless several nights a week, and this recipe is one of our favorites. I usually puree a can or two of chipotles in adobo and freeze in ice cube trays so I can use a small amount when I need it. -Amy Bravo, Ames, Iowa

These burritos were good, but not great. The filling was a little bland and the tortillas were a little tough. I think next time I will use a different recipe.

These burritos were pretty good. The filling was flavorful and the tortillas were soft and chewy. However, I found the salsa to be a little too spicy for my taste.

These burritos were a little bland for my taste. I added some chili powder and cumin to the filling and they were much better. I also used a different kind of salsa that had more flavor.

These burritos were so easy to make and they turned out amazing! I used a can of corn and a can of diced tomatoes instead of the salsa, and they were still delicious. I will definitely be making these again.
