The perfect chocolate dessert; very rich. Must make at least 8 hours prior to serving. Very simple to make - please use the best chocolate you can afford - I use Callabeut, but you could use Lindt, Ghirardelli, Sharffenberger, etc. Will impress your friends...

I love this recipe because it's so versatile. I've made it with different types of chocolate and liqueurs, and it always turns out delicious. It's also a great way to use up leftover ladyfingers.

I've tried many chocolate charlotte recipes over the years but this one is by far the best. The mousse is so smooth and creamy, and the ladyfingers are the perfect complement. I love that it's not too sweet, so you can really taste the chocolate.
