Charleston Style Shrimp Creole image

Living in Charleston most of my life gave us ample shrimp all year. I usually cut the shrimp into 3 pieces so that the end result is shrimp in every bite. I now buy the petite cut tomatoes to save time. Enjoy!

I found this recipe to be a bit bland. I had to add some extra spices and seasonings to make it more flavorful.

The shrimp creole was a bit too spicy for my taste, but otherwise it was very good. I will definitely try it again with less cayenne pepper.
