This salad is so refreshing and a big hit at functions. With this salad you can use fresh or frozen fruit, I prefer fresh but use frozen when out of season. Just about any of your favorite fruit will work fine. This is a recipe that you can let your imagination run wild.

Steps:
- 1. Cream together cream cheese and sugar.
- 2. Add pineapple, bananas, walnuts and cool whip.
- 3. Fold in berries.
- 4. Pour into mold of choice on cookie sheet. Place in freezer for at least 8 hours. Thaw for 30 minutes before serving.
- 5. ENJOY!
