4 chicken breast, grilled boiled sliced or cubed
1 bag coleslaw that includes both red & green cabbage and carrots
1 1/2 c seedless grapes cut in half
1 1/2 c celery sliced thin
1 c sliced walnuts or pecans add before serving
1 bottle 12oz bottle of poppyseed dressing
creole seasoning

Steps:

  • 1. sprinkle chicken with creole seasoning and mix all ingredients togeather except nuts unless serving immediately. i served this on small crescant rolls or crackers
