Celery Stuffed With Smoked Gouda And Sun-Dried Tom image

An easy appetizer from Bon Appetit, November 2000. We usually add some Cajun seasoning, chili powder, or Tabasco for a little more of a kick. We also discovered that we like this even better as a spread on crackers.

I thought the sun-dried tomatoes would be overpowering, but they were actually quite subtle.

I'm not a big fan of Gouda cheese, but it actually worked really well in this recipe.

I'm not sure what I did wrong, but the chicken turned out dry and tough.

Not a fan. The chicken was dry and the stuffing was bland.

I substituted Parmesan cheese for the Gouda and it was still delicious.

This stuffed chicken was a hit with my family! The Gouda and sun-dried tomatoes gave it a delicious flavor, and the chicken was cooked to perfection.
