Celeriac, Apple & Onion Casserole image

A lovely tasty side dish to compliment any meal. If you are not watching calories etc add a couple tbsp of butter and top with some buttered crumbs. Add some cheese if you wish but it is also delish just plain. I like to use hot paprika.

I followed the recipe exactly, but my casserole turned out watery. I'm not sure what went wrong.

This casserole was a bit bland for my taste. I think it could have used more seasoning.

I love the combination of flavors in this casserole. The celeriac is earthy and nutty, the apples are sweet and tart, and the onions add a nice savory note. The cheese topping is the perfect finishing touch.
