Overall, I thought this appetizer was just okay. It wasn't bad, but it wasn't anything special either. I probably wouldn't make it again.

I had a hard time finding caviar at my local grocery store. I ended up having to order it online, which was a bit of a hassle.

This appetizer was a bit too expensive to make. The caviar is a very pricey ingredient. I think I would have preferred a more affordable alternative, such as smoked salmon or trout.

I found this recipe to be a bit bland. The caviar and avocado didn't really have much flavor on their own. I think it would have benefited from some additional seasoning, such as salt, pepper, or garlic.

This appetizer was a bit too rich for my taste. The caviar and avocado were both very heavy. I think I would have preferred it with a lighter base, such as a cracker or toast.

I'm not a big fan of caviar, but I really enjoyed this appetizer. The avocado and lemon juice helped to balance out the flavor of the caviar. I would definitely make it again.

I've tried many avocado appetizers before, but this one is by far the best. The caviar adds a touch of luxury and sophistication, while the avocado provides a creamy and velvety base. I highly recommend it!

This caviar avocado appetizer was an absolute showstopper at my New Year's Eve party! The combination of flavors and textures was divine, and it looked so elegant on the platter. I'll definitely be making it again for future special occasions.
