A wonderful full flavor salad, great when the vegetables are in season. Great for picnics potluck or any family outing. The longer it sits the better the flavor is.

I'm not a fan of raw cauliflower, so I roasted it before adding it to the salad. It was much better that way.

I'm not usually a fan of cauliflower, but this salad changed my mind. The roasting process really brings out the flavor of the cauliflower, and the dressing is light and tangy. I also love the addition of the fresh herbs.
