CAULIFLOWER PROSCIUTTO PIZZA image

Number Of Ingredients 8

1 head cauliflower, cut into small florets
3 tablespoons olive oil, salt and ground black pepper to taste
8 cloves (or to taste) garlic, minced
1 pinch (or to taste/optional) red pepper flakes
1 package (13.8 ounce) refrigerated pizza dough (e.g. Pillsbury)
1 package (8 ounce) mozzarella cheese, shredded
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
1/4 pound prosciutto, sliced

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C).
  • Toss cauliflower, olive oil, garlic, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes together in a bowl until evenly coated. Spread onto a baking sheet.
  • Bake cauliflower mixture in the preheated oven for 15 minutes. Stir and continue baking until tender, 10 to 15 more minutes.
  • Grease a separate baking sheet. Spread pizza dough onto prepared baking sheet. Bake pizza crust for 5 minutes.
  • Top pizza crust with cauliflower mixture, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, prosciutto slices, and red pepper flakes. Bake until crust is lightly browned and cheeses are melted, 8 to 10 more minutes.
