This gratin was very easy to make, and it turned out great. I used a combination of sharp cheddar and Gruyère cheese, and it was perfectly melted and bubbly. I will definitely be making this again.

I'm not a huge fan of cauliflower, but this gratin was surprisingly good. The horseradish added a nice kick, and the cheese was melted and gooey. I would definitely make this again.

This dish was a bit too rich for my taste, but it was still very good. I would recommend serving it with a salad or other light side dish.

The cauliflower gratin was very bland. It needed more seasoning, and the horseradish flavor was barely noticeable.

This dish was a bit too spicy for my taste, but my husband loved it. He said it was the perfect amount of heat. I would recommend using less horseradish if you don't like spicy food.

I was a bit skeptical about this recipe, but I'm glad I tried it. The cauliflower and horseradish were a surprisingly good combination. I'll definitely be making this again.

This gratin was easy to make and turned out great. I used a little less horseradish than the recipe called for, and it was still plenty spicy. I served it with grilled salmon, and it was a perfect meal.

Yum! This dish was so creamy and cheesy. The horseradish added a nice kick. It was a great side dish for my roasted chicken.
