Cashew Noodle Casserole image

Chow mein noodles and cashews give this dish a delectable crunch. Whenever I take it to potlucks, it disappearers before my eyes. You can make the casserole and freeze it; stir in the chow mein noodles just before serving.-Marion Petersson, Wetaskiwin, Alberta

This casserole was a little too rich for my taste. I would recommend using less cheese next time.

I'm not a fan of cashews, but I still enjoyed this casserole. The sauce was creamy and flavorful, and the noodles were cooked perfectly.

This recipe was easy to follow and the casserole turned out great! I used a different type of cheese than the one called for in the recipe, and it still turned out delicious.
