Steps:
- Combine dry dressing ingredients in blender, then pour olive oil in a stream. For croutons, toss ingredients together and bake on cookie sheet at 350 degrees. Check every 5 minutes until light brown. Add dressing to salad ingredients 15 minutes before serving. Add croutons and serve.
