I am allergic to nuts, so I substituted the walnuts with chopped pecans. And instead of using regular cream cheese, I used vegan cream cheese. I was happy that I could still enjoy these delicious ice pops without compromising my dietary restrictions.

Scrumptious carrot cake ice pops! I followed the recipe precisely, and it turned out wonderfully. The carrot cake flavor burst in my mouth, and I really liked that it wasn't excessively sweet. A perfect summer treat or a post-meal delight.
